Community Hospital of Grand Junction had been quiet in the marketplace for some time, and they were feeling increasing competition from a neighboring hospital. Plus, they were facing a nursing shortage. Rx? We partnered with their marketing team and Board of Directors and worked to determine what made this hospital unique. We reviewed nursing employment statistics and found out why nurses choose to live in rural communities.
We helped them discover and bring to life their authentic brand, created a consumer bridge campaign to get out in the market as quickly as possible, and designed and implemented a nurse recruitment campaign at the same time. When our outdoor, radio, print ads and direct mail hit the market, the phone began to ring in the Human Resources office immediately.
